INSURANCE PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS LUCKY DRAW. MORE THEN ONE INSURANCE PRODUCT PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF MONEY WILL NOT IMPROVE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.
LUXURY ALL-INCLUSIVE VACATION (the “Lucky Draw”) is intended for legal residents of the Canada only and shall only be construed and evaluated according to Canadian laws, and applicable province laws. Do not enter this LUCKY DRAW if you have permanent residence outside of the Canada or are otherwise ineligible in accordance with these Official Rules at the time of entry.
ELIGIBILITY:
The Luck Draw is open and offered only to legal residents of the Canada, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry (the “Entrants”). The Sponsor, the Administrator, their respective parent companies, employees, officers, directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, sales representatives and advertising and promotional agencies, and the officers, directors, agents, and employees of each of the foregoing (collectively, the “Released Parties”), and members of their immediate families (defined as including spouse, biological, adoptive and step-parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren, and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or households (whether related or not) of any of the above are NOT eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes. The Luck Draw begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on April 1, 2024 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. EST on Dec 31, 2024 (“Luck Draw Period”). **Lucky Draw Rules and Guidelines:**
**2. Prize Details:**
– The prize consists of a 4-night, 3-day all-inclusive vacation package.
– Airfare is excluded from the prize. The lucky winner must arrange and purchase their own air tickets.
– The vacation package must be redeemed on Pre-Booked dates. [Specific Dates]
**3. Selection Process:**
– The winner will be selected through a random draw from the pool of eligible clients.
– The draw will take place within week of April 1, 2024 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. EST on Dec 31, 2024 after the end of the eligible purchase period.
**4. Prize Redemption:**
The Lucky Draw would be help online Social Media Live on Canadian LIC Website, Facebook, YouTube, etc. – The lucky winner will be notified via email or phone within The Live Program While we are live.

**5. Transferability and Prize Forfeiture:**
– If the winner is unable to utilize the vacation package, the prize will be forfeited.
– In the event of prize forfeiture, the vacation package will not be transferred to another individual.
– Instead, on the next quarter, ONE additional draws will be conducted to award vacation packages to new winners from eligible participants.

– Canadian LIC Inc. shall not be responsible for any injuries, accidents, losses, or damages that may occur during the vacation.
– The winner is responsible for their own travel insurance, health insurance, and any other necessary precautions.
– By participating in the lucky draw, participants agree to release Canadian LIC Inc. from any liability arising from or related to the prize or participation in the draw.
**7. Policy Cancellation Clause:**
– If the policy purchased by the winner is canceled within one year from the date of issuance, the winner may be disqualified from the lucky draw, and their prize may be forfeited.
– The decision regarding disqualification and prize forfeiture will be at the discretion of Canadian LIC Inc.
**8. Modification and Termination:**
– Canadian LIC Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the lucky draw or these rules at any time without prior notice.
